Uyghur NGOs held a commemoration ceremony in Istanbul on the anniversary of the establishment of the two republics declared in East Turkestan on November 12, 1933 and 1944.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A commemoration ceremony was held in Istanbul on November 12, 2023, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Islamic Republic of East Turkestan, declared in Kashgar on November 12, 1933, and the 79th anniversary of the Republic of East Turkestan, declared in Gulja on November 12, 1944.<\/p>\n

Many participants, including Party representatives, NGO managers, academicians, researchers and activists, attended the event organized in cooperation with Uyghur NGOs, including the Uyghur Academy.<\/p>\n

The commemoration ceremony, held at 1453 \u00c7\u0131rp\u0131\u00e7\u0131 Social Facilities in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, started with the Turkish National Anthem and the East Turkestan National Anthem.
